Refund only applicable for the below circumstances:
- Failed to deliver the goods within a reasonable time.
- Goods moldered or spoiled (report within 7 working days upon receiving the goods ordered)
- Goods malfunction (report within 3 working days upon receiving the goods ordered)
- Wrong goods delivered (report within 3 working days upon receiving the goods ordered)
- Goods defective or faulty caused by courier service provider (report immediately upon receiving the goods ordered)
- Goods exchanged with other goods with equivalent value. If the value of the new goods exceeds the amount of the original goods, the difference thereof should be paid by the Buyer. If the value of the new goods is lower than the amount of the original goods, the difference thereof will be converted to credit under buyer’s web account.
- Convert the paid amount to cash credit under buyer's web account, it can be fully redeemed for future purchase. An notification email will send to buyer whenever the cash credit account is completed.
- Purchase made via online banking (through payment gateway iPay88 or eGHL), we will notify the payment gateway service provider to cancel the relevant transaction. For other payment methods, buyer will need to provide bank details for further action.
Please allowed 7 to 14 working days for all the refund process, and the refund amount will be shown on the buyer’s card statement, or a proof of refund will be forwarded to the buyer.
